Revisions are provided according to the package selected at the time of purchase. Clients may request revisions without additional charges as long as the original concept, scope, and requirements of the project remain unchanged. The standard turnaround time for revisions is 48 hours.
While we aim to provide flexible revision support, our fair usage policy allows up to 30 revisions per project. Requests beyond this limit may require additional charges.
All services provided by Australian Publishers Hub are delivered according to the scope defined in the selected package or agreed proposal. Any requests that fall outside the original scope may require additional time and fees.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, feedback, and materials required to complete the service. Timely communication helps ensure that projects are completed efficiently and according to expectations.
Once the final deliverables are approved and payment obligations are fulfilled, the client retains full rights to the approved work unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
In the event of a refund, ownership rights of any delivered content or materials will remain with Australian Publishers Hub and may not be used or distributed by the client.
If a client does not respond or provide feedback for 30 days, the project may be considered inactive. Reactivation of inactive projects may require an additional service fee.
Australian Publishers Hub provides creative and publishing-related services including writing, editing, design, publishing assistance, and marketing support. While we strive for the highest quality results, outcomes such as book sales, rankings, or audience reach cannot be guaranteed.
